Product Introduction
Water Vapour Permeability Analyser - AUTO W809 is designed and manufactured in accordance with ASTM E96, GB/T 1037 standards, and provides a wide range of high-efficiency water vapour transmission rate testing for low, medium and high water vapour barrier materials with the principle of Gravimetric Method. It is suitable for the water vapour transmission performance test of films, sheets, paper, fabrics, non-woven fabrics and related materials in the fields of food, medicine, medical equipment, and daily chemicals.
Test principle
Desiccant (weight gain method) or place water (weight loss method) in the sample cup. Seal the sample cup with the sample and place it in the test box. Control the temperature, humidity and wind speed of the test box. The humidity difference drives the water vapour to penetrate the sample, and the mass of the sample cup increases or decreases. Regularly weigh the quality of the sample cup, and calculate the water vapour transmission rate and other performance parameters of the sample.
