W301 2.0 Gravimetric Method Water Vapour Transmission Rate Tester
Product Introduction
W301 2.0 water vapour permeability analyser is designed to test the water vapour transmission rate (WVTR) of films or sheets materials with the principle of Gravimetric Method.
Applied to:
1) Plastic film, composite film, aluminium foil, aluminised film, etc.
2) Sheet, panel, rubber, ceramics, etc.
3) Packaging containers, such as: glass, bottle, cans, boxes, etc.
4) Expanding application: solar panel, LCD film, medical patch, etc.
It is widely used in quality inspection organisations, drug control institutions, research institutes, packaging, thin film, food companies, pharmaceutical enterprises, personal care industry, electronics industry and so on.
Test Principle
Add distilled water to the dry and clean moisture-permeable cup. Seal the moisture-permeable cup with a pre-treated sample and place it in the test chamber.
By controlling the temperature and humidity, the distilled water in the moisture-permeable cup is evaporated, and the evaporated water vapour passes through the film. The drying device absorbs and measures the weight of distilled water in the moisture permeable cup with time to obtain parameters such as the moisture permeability of the sample.
