GX-B3 Disc Peeling Tester
Product Introduction
GX-B3 type disc peeling tester is used for testing the adhesion fastness of printing ink layer of plastic film and cellophane decorative printed materials (including composite film printed materials) produced by gravure printing process.
It can also be used to test the adhesion state of the surface layer formed by vacuum coating, surface coating, compounding and other related processes.
Test Principle
The glass tape paper selected, according to the standard, is bonded to the printing surface of the sample ink after adjusting the test environment with the standard load, rolling speed and rolling times. It is placed and adjusted for a certain time, then they are peeled off with a certain pressure and stripping speed. After observing the sample ink layer being peeled off, it is then possible to judge the combination fastness of the printing ink layer.
